OUR MISSION

Tree of Life Ministries is dedicated to sharing the Good News in Israel online and on the streets, equipping laborers for the harvest, saving lives from abortion, and reaching out with the Messiah’s light to the nations.

Our VISION

Just as God promised, He’s restored the Jewish people to their homeland, they’ve reestablished their nation, and survived multiple wars against all odds.

And yet, there’s something missing: This people still don’t know their own Messiah. They’re mostly still lost spiritually, empty and broken inside.

But now is the time that God is beginning to breathe life into the “dry bones” of Israel. More Jewish people are receiving Jesus, Yeshua, now than at any other time in history!

Our passion is:

  • To be a part of this promised spiritual restoration of Israel (Ezekiel 37)
  • To support the Body of Messiah in Israel in growing strong roots and producing good fruit (Isaiah 27:6)
  • To help Israel choose life (Deuteronomy 30:19)
  • To equip Israelis in fulfilling their original calling to be a light to the nations (Isaiah 49), bringing “life from the dead” for the rest of the world and glory to God (Romans 11).

"I've experienced and seen how they reach out to people. Their hearts are full of love, passion, and the Holy Spirit. Their desire is to reach every one with the Good News: Arabs, Jews, and Gentiles."

Our Story

In 2010, Ariel and Shayla Hyde returned to Israel and started using every opportunity possible to reach Israelis with the Gospel.

Serving as part of Carmel Congregation and Kerem-El Congregation, they led many outreaches on Jewish holidays and multiple-day evangelistic events. Hundreds of Israelis experienced the love of Messiah and heard the Gospel for the first time. Meanwhile, they began holding workshops to equip believers in evangelism and worship.

Ariel and his father Richard published the booklet “Supernatural or Just Remarkable,” now used widely in outreach in Israel.

Then Ariel and his friend with a passion for evangelism, Eliel Fos, both sensed God calling them to share the Gospel on the streets, film the conversations, and post the videos online in order to reach many more Israelis.

We’ve been amazed to see how God has multiplied these simple efforts and caused the videos to reach over 10 million views, sparking countless conversations about Yeshua-Jesus on social media with  seekers. What an honor to see how God is using these  to bring Israelis to faith!

As our team has been expanding, the Lord has also broadened our opportunities for equipping and outreach. Today, we mobilize Jewish and Arab believers in our area to share the Good News on the streets as One New Man.

The desire of our hearts has always been to bring life to Israel. During a time of fasting and prayer, God surprised us by laying it on our hearts to help save the lives of children in the womb. We’re in the beginning stages of creating a video series and campaign to help end abortion in Israel, while also reaching those who’ve had abortions with the message of grace and forgiveness found in Messiah.

As we continue to cry out to God, “Use us to build your kingdom,” He has also begun opening doors for us to equip believers and spread the Gospel in other nations.

We’re in awe of all God has done and are excited to see what He has in store!

Statement of Faith
Scripture – We believe that the Bible, composed of both the Old Testament (Tanakh) and the New Testament, is the inspired and inerrant Word of God.  The Bible is the final authority for all we believe and how we are to live.

God – We believe in one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Jesus, Yeshua – We believe that Jesus (or as we say in Hebrew, Yeshua) is the promised Messiah and Savior. The Scriptures declare His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His substitutionary work on the cross, His bodily resurrection, and His exaltation to the right hand of God, where He is interceding on behalf of believers.

Divinity of Jesus, Yeshua – We believe that Jesus is fully God and fully man.  As the only begotten Son of the Father and the Divine Messiah, Jesus is the fullest revelation of God to man.

Man – We believe that God made man in His own image and endowed him with a longing for intimate fellowship with God.

Sin – We believe that man's sin (disobedience to God's commands) caused a separation between man and God and incurred both physical and spiritual death. We believe that since the fall, human beings are born with a sinful nature that leads them to sin in thought, word, and deed.

Salvation – We believe that the only way to receive salvation from our sins and reconciliation to God is by grace (not by works) through faith in Jesus, Yeshua, who died for our sins and rose from the dead, triumphing over sin and death.

New Birth – We believe that all who repent from sin and put their trust in the Messiah are born again of the Holy Spirit, become children of God, and inherit eternal life.

Holy Spirit – We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells and gives life to believers, helps us to understand the Scriptures, sanctifies us, equips us for service and witness, and empowers us to do what is pleasing in God’s sight so that we might be progressively conformed to the image of Messiah.

Body of Messiah – We believe that all who trust in Jesus, Yeshua, become members of the universal Body of Messiah, the ekklesia. This one spiritual fellowship includes both Jews and Gentiles as equal members.

Resurrection – We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved to everlasting life and the lost to eternal separation from God.

Return of Jesus, Yeshua – We believe that the Messiah will soon return to this earth, personally, visibly, in power and great glory to establish His eternal Kingdom. Hallelujah! Maranatha!
