What could it be? Something we all need like the air we breathe: love.
But what is real love? Not just beautiful words, romance, or even sex. Not just an emotion either. Real love is much deeper than all those things.

Would you like for others to love you like that? That they’d be patient and kind toward you? That they’d do what’s best for you, all the time – without a hint of selfishness or pride? That they’d give their heart and soul for you – all the way to the end? But who lives like that – much less at every single moment?
Only one person has ever lived like that. He dedicated his life to serving others. From dawn to dusk he fed the poor, healed the sick, and led others in pursuing social justice. He knew exactly what every person he met needed, and gave generously without thinking of himself.
He helped tens of thousands of people to be set free from mistakes in their past and start a new life – homeless people, leaders, prostitutes, and religious people. Every person got VIP treatment from him.
More than that, in an era where widows and orphans – and women and children in general – were treated as less valuable, he brought about a revolution that changed our entire perception of their value and rights to this day.
He’s inspired countless people to live a life of sacrifice out of real love. They’re the ones who first established hospitals in the world; they’re the ones who led the movement to abolish slavery; they’re the ones who launched movements around the globe for equal rights for all.
Now, the one who taught and demonstrated this perfect love is actually one of our own – a Jewish man, from here in Israel, from the family of King David.
What’s his name? Yeshua, Jesus, the son of David. And the beautiful and powerful quote we read about love was inspired by him, and written in a book about his life, the New Testament.
Unfortunately, many of our people have formed an opinion about him based on unfounded lies and half-truths. But when you see what he actually taught and did, and who he really was, you realize that wow! – maybe we as a people missed the one who not only changed the world, but can also change each one of our lives.
He’s already changed my life, and the lives of about a million more Jewish people, and those of hundreds of millions of people around the world.
